If you are not fond of drinking pure water, do not fret. All types of fluid are counted toward your daily water intake. Thus, flavored water, sparkling water, water infused with fruits are included in your daily water needs. But pure water is your best option as it is low in calories.

Seven to eight hours of sleep is the suggested qualitative time that adults should have each night. If falling asleep is a big challenge for you, try any of the following to settle you down:

  • Make a regular schedule of bedtime and waking time.
  • Exclude caffeinated and alcoholic drinks or food in your meal. Or make sure not to consume those 6 to 12 hours before your sleep.
